We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Curriculum Development Lead. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to influence and strengthen Personal Development providing strategic capacity to the school. The successful candidate will continue to work as an outstanding teaching practitioner alongside leading and developing the Personal Development curriculum.
As a Curriculum Development Lead for Personal Development, you will model outstanding classroom practice, inspire curiosity and discussion, and develop a programme that nurtures students’ social, moral and cultural understanding. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape our school approach to Personal Development for Year 9, ensuring that it equips every learner with the knowledge, values and skills to thrive beyond school.
The successful candidate will be expected to attend leadership meetings and work closely with Senior Leaders and fellow Curriculum Leaders on whole school curriculum leadership.
