The University Schools Trust (UST) is exceptionally aspirational for the young people it currently serves, and we are deeply committed to extending our work in order to have an even greater impact on educational outcomes for young people.
In 2017, RGTS was established with an initial cohort of year 7 students with a sixth form provision and in 2020 we opened our brand new £14 million wing.
In October 2022, Ofsted judged us to be a GOOD school across all areas within the framework.
We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and skilled Facilities Assistant at Royal Greenwich Trust School.
This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic hands-on person to join a small, but very productive team who are fully committed to making a difference to our students and staff.
Duties include such as:
- Opening/closing the school premises
- Site security and Health & Safety
- Portering, litter picking, ground keeping
- Painting, decorating, repairs and maintenance
- Receiving and distributing deliveries
- Setting up/closing down events
Hours of work will vary according to the rota system.
Early applications are appreciated as interviews will be arranged as and when suitable applications are received.
Royal Greenwich Trust School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS Check.
